사냥을 좋아하는 사람 좋은 메리의 남편
찰스 머스그로브는 어퍼크로스의 큰 저택에 사는 머스그로브 집안의 후계자이자 앤의 여동생 메리의 남편입니다. 사냥을 무척 좋아하는 사람 좋은 청년입니다.
사실 그는 예전에 앤에게 청혼했다가 거절당한 적이 있습니다. 그 뒤 메리와 결혼해 앤의 제부가 되었습니다. 엄살이 심한 메리 때문에 애를 먹으며 앤에게 푸념을 늘어놓기도 합니다. 웬트워스 대령과는 금세 친해져 함께 사냥을 나갑니다.
