阿熊是誰？
與阿八搭檔的長屋夥伴
熊五郎
阿熊（熊五郎）是古典落語中常與八五郎一起登場的長屋居民。他多半被描寫成木匠之類的手藝人，依段子不同，有時是冒失鬼，有時是熱心照顧人的好人。
在《粗忽長屋》中，阿八告訴他「你死在淺草了」，他雖然歪著頭想不通，最後竟也接受了。他在淺草抱起那具自以為是自己的屍體，說出笑點：「被抱著的確實是我，可是抱著我的這個我，又是誰呢？」在《湯屋番》中，他讓被斷絕父子關係的少爺借住在自家二樓，再把少爺送到澡堂去當夥計。

落語傑作集第2話。急性子的阿八在淺草看到一具倒在路邊的屍體，一口咬定那是住在隔壁的好朋友阿熊。旁人一句「你今天早上不是才見過他？」這麼有道理的話，也被他硬是頂了回去。他把阿熊本人拉來，要他領回「自己的屍體」。阿熊哭著抱起屍體，最後卻撞上一個誰也答不出來的問題。

Episode 11 of RAKUGO: Japan's Comic Tales. The Disowned Young Master, freeloading at Kuma's house, finally lands his dream seat: the bandai, the high front desk of a public bathhouse. But the women's side is empty, and the men's side is nothing but sweaty old guys. To kill time, he starts daydreaming about a romance. Before long, he's acting out both parts out loud, and the whole men's bath is watching the show. Then someone shouts, "My geta are gone!"
