二姊是賽姬兩個姊姊中年紀較小的那一位，原典中沒有她的名字。她在大姊之後，嫁給了另一個國家的國王。
在宮殿裡看到妹妹的幸福後，她和大姊一樣燃起了嫉妒之火。她哀嘆自己的丈夫因關節的病而身體彎曲，自己過的日子與其說是妻子，不如說是看護。她和大姊一起擬定計謀，教賽姬用燈火照亮熟睡的丈夫，再用剃刀殺了他。
在原典中，兩個姊姊一次又一次來到宮殿，每次都用更巧妙的話語迷惑妹妹。她們後來也為自己的陰謀付出了代價。
