阿波罗
阿波罗是希腊神话中的神，掌管预言、音乐、光明等。他在各地都有神谕所，人们会到那里聆听神的启示。在漫画中，这则神谕出现在回忆场景里，由女祭司传达。
在故事中，普绪喀的父王派使者前往米利都的阿波罗神谕所。阿波罗用一首诗回答：“把女儿当作新娘放在山顶的岩石上。她的丈夫不是凡人之子，而是一个展翅飞翔、像毒蛇一样可怕的魔物，连众神之王朱庇特都畏惧他。”正是这则神谕把普绪喀引向岩山，又引向那座看不见主人的宫殿。后来姐姐们也搬出这则神谕，让普绪喀心生不安。
作者阿普列尤斯还开玩笑地写道：身为希腊之神的阿波罗，为了这个故事的作者，特意用拉丁语降下了神谕。
